NetAdvantage Data Visualization suites add new pivot grid and feature a common code base between Silverlight and WPF.
This first release of Infragistics NetAdvantage for WPF Data Visualization delivers parity in features and controls with Infragistics NetAdvantage for Silverlight Data Visualization, which debuted last year. The common code base delivers meaningful benefits to developers, including: faster time to market with controls for both platforms; little to no learning curve for developers moving between the WPF and Silverlight toolsets; and the need for less code if an application uses controls from both the NetAdvantage Data Visualization toolsets and NetAdvantage for .NET (sold separately).
Infragistics NetAdvantage for Data Visualization includes stylable user interface controls for geospatial mapping, interactive gauges, graphical timelines, animated charting and OLAP pivot grids. Infragistics NetAdvantage for Data Visualization includes charts, gauges and tree maps that handle millions of data points with millisecond updates. Use the fully-featured UI controls to produce high-end OLAP pivot grids, charts, maps, gauges, timelines, bullet graphs, barcodes and more. The Data Visualization products also feature built-in analytics for statistical and technical studies add value that decision-makers can act on immediately.

- Slice and Dice - An immediate layout of data in the order it arrives in alternating horizontal and vertical orientations, without regard to data value.

- Strip - An ordered layout that produces moderately-good aspect ratios, although not as good as Squarified.
